Heidi Pike, and her two sons, David Jr. 4, and one-year-old Cameron, play at the window while Pike’s fiancée works on the car. “ Every time David Sr. backs up to go to work, mud flies on the window,” Pike says. “ You can’t have more than two cars here, you’re not even supposed to work on cars here,” Pike says. “ But if you can’t work on cars, how are you gonna get to work to pay the rent?”
