Longtime resident Bill Ohrmann of Philipsburg, Mont. helps celebrate the grand opening of Doe Brothers Soda Fountain by sampling some homemade old fashioned pistachio ice cream during the "Art on Broadway," festival held Sunday in Philipsburg, Mont., hosted by the Friends of the Arts. "Sundays are pretty busy days here in Philipsburg," say Ohrmann. The residents of Philipsburg are hoping that the Art on Broadway festival will eventually become an annual event to draw tourists and raise money for the local artists in the area.
